- Strict, band-assisted, jumping, or ring rows all count — note your variation
- Break sets across the day if needed
- Stay consistent — 4+ log days per week
- Support teammates on the leaderboard
- Negatives make you very sore: start with 1–2 a day.
- Muscle burn is normal. Chest pain, dizziness, unusual breathlessness or sharp joint pain: stop and get checked.
FAQ
Is it free?
Yes. Every Adi.fit challenge is free to join with a free account — no credit card, no in-app purchase.
Do I need any equipment?
A pull-up bar for strict reps, though bands, jumping pull-ups, or ring rows (a sturdy table edge or straps) all count if you don't have one.
How much do I need to do each day?
Spring pulling strength. Hit 100 pull-ups in April — about 4 a day. Strict, band, jumping, or ring rows all count. Show up scaled; finish proud.
Does it work with Apple Health or Health Connect?
Not directly for this challenge. By hand — log your number on the challenge page whenever you get to it.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing resets. It's a running total for the month, so a missed day just means catching up when you can.
Can beginners do it?
Anyone who can manage a few band-assisted or jumping pull-ups. Can't do a full one yet? Ring rows and slow negatives count too, and every variation gets credited the same way.
What happens when I finish?
You get a finisher card to share, and 100 Pull-Up Challenge comes back again next April — same rules, fresh start.
